  • 15+ years’ experience managing teams within Customer Service, Operations, Credentialing, Compliance and Sales.

  • Drafted product user matrix to ensure client access level remained in compliance with FCRA, GLBA, DPPA and other data regulations. Matrix used by Development team to rewrite product codes and internal software platforms.

Organization consists of four product brands-  LocatePLUS, LPPolice, Entersect and Background101.  Provider of public records, prorietary investigative data and pre-employment background screening. For the past decade, I've moved up throughout the organization, starting my journey as an entry level Sales Account Manager, to my position today, Vice President of Operations.   Company was publicly traded until it was purchased by a private equity group in 2011.

 

 

Vice President of Operations - 2011-Present

  • Manage Operations, Credentialing, Customer Service, Sales Service and Employment Screening divisions.

  • Companywide security and compliance programs to satisfy large data brokers such as TransUnion, Experian, and Lexis Nexis.
